Full Appraisals
Located in close proximity to the subject, our appraisal experts will conduct a complete appraisal, including a physical observation of the interior and exterior of the subject property. Included in the report; neighborhood analysis; description of the site; description of the improvements; direct sales comparison approach utilizing comparable sales on a comparison grid; reconciliation; definition of market value; subject photographs, comparable photographs, area map, sketch, and certified & limiting conditions. Additional exhibits are available upon request. In the event the structure is proposed or still under construction, architectural plans and/or specifications will be relied upon for measurements. Desktop Valuation (Analyst Assisted)
The analyst assisted desktop valuation utilizes the Collateral Market Value AVM's Hedonic methodology, coupled with your specific criteria to generate a more focused valuation with an average hit rate of 85%. This product combines innovative statistical analytics and advanced algorithms with multiple data sources (including public data and MLS). It is ideal for determining a properties current value, assess current market conditions or confirm the accuracy of a completed appraisal.
Automated Valuation Model (AVM)
Cascade and Individual models are available. Our state-of-the-art automatic valuation tools provide detailed information on a national basis.
Broker Price Opinion (BPO)
A locally licensed and experienced realtor will conduct an inspection of the subject property and review comparables, neighborhood information and market trends to provide an opinion of value. Full interior and limited exterior BPOs are available
