Legal & Vesting Reports
You will receive a streamlined report detailing current property ownership information, parcel information and legal description.
Property Reports
We will identify the last recorded owner of your property, an accurate legal description, other deed information, and tax and parcel information. Any outstanding encumbrances will be duly noted, as well. CSS also offers various warranted property reports. Please see your account executive for further detals.
Document Retrieval
For your convenience, CSS will deliver all copies of retrieved documents in an electronic format.
Tax Reports
CSS will obtain complete property tax information, including land and building assessed value, current and prior year tax status and due dates, tax collector information, supplemental tax data (if applicable), and possible homestead discounts or exemptions.
