Jerome E. Jelinek
President and General Counsel
Mr. Jelinek has been the President and General Counsel of Corporate Settlement Solutions, LLC, since its inception in 1992. Prior to CSS, Mr. Jelinek was in private practice in southeastern Michigan, concentrating in real estate law and commercial litigation. He is a past-president of the Michigan Land Title Association, and he currently serves as the chair of the MLTA Legislative Steering Committee. In addition to the MLTA, Mr. Jelinek is a member of the American Land Title Association, the State Bar of Michigan and the State Bar of Florida. He received his B.A. from Hope College and his J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
Mr. Jelinek lives in Traverse City, Michigan, with his wife, Jill. They have two daughters, Ashley and Aria. He is active in the community and enjoys tennis, biking and swimming.

Debbie Bartlett
Executive Vice President, Branch Operations
Ms. Bartlett's career began in 1982 at Northern Michigan Title Company in Charlevoix, Michigan, where she eventually served as President. Her experience is multi-faceted in both the residential and commercial real estate and includes title, closings, underwriting, policies and construction. She joined the CSS staff in 2003, and currently oversees the Michigan offices while also coordinating closing services for National Operations.
Debbie is a graduate of Ferris State University. A native of northern Michigan, she lives in East Jordan with her husband, Steve.
Ms. Bartlett is a member of the Michigan Land Title Association and serves as chairperson for its Professional Development Committee. She is an affiliate member of the Antrim-Charlevoix-Kalkaska Association of Realtors, a licensed Real Estate Broker, and a licensed title insurance agent in Michigan. She enjoys camping and spending time with her three children.

Mike Kelly
Vice President, National Sales Manager
Mr. Kelly brings 19 years of sales experience and 10 years of sales management experience in the title, appraisal and settlement industry to Corporate Settlement Solutions. His career in the vendor management industry started in 1992 when he was hired for a sales position in Virginia with Data Search where he was promoted to Vice President of National Sales in 2002.
Mr. Kelly was responsible for hiring and training sales consultants, expanding the footprint of the company from a regional size to nationwide, and setting up a network of partners. He is experienced in designing need-based solutions for lenders in title, settlement, appraisal and flood certifications. Mr. Kelly was certified through the Integrity Selling program and continues to use the system.
Mike resides in Baltimore with his wife, Sue, and his sons, Jason and Eric. He enjoys basketball, boating and reading.

Kevin Ingles
Vice President, National Account Executive
Mr. Ingles brings over 18 years of sales and operations management experience to Corporate Settlement Solutions. His career in the title industry began with an operations management position at CBC Companies. During his tenure with CBC Companies, Mr. Ingles was responsible for CBC Companies National Credit Reporting Division and their two flood determination companies, Flood Zone Determination Services and GE Flood Services. Mr. Ingles has also held executive level sales positions with First American Title and Fidelity National Financial where he excelled at creating title solutions for his customers.
Mr. Ingles earned his BSBA from Duquesne University. He lives in Canonsburg Pennsylvania with his wife Carolyn. They have two sons, Connor and Justin.

John Krupp
Vice President, Information Technology
John brings to Corporate Settlement Solutions his diverse experience in the information technology area. For the past 8 years, he has held the position of Vice President – Information Technology for Corporate Settlement Solutions. He is responsible for planning and utilizing all aspects of applicable technology related to achieving the goals of the organization. Prior career opportunities have included key management positions within the health care insurance industry and the manufacturing business sectors.
John attended Central Michigan University. He enjoys outdoor activities such as golf and fishing that are abundant in the local regional area. John and his family reside in Traverse City.

Laurie Deely, SPHR
Human Resources Director
Prior to joining Corporate Settlement Solutions in 2009, Laurie spent ten years recruiting and developing talent for high-tech software and communications organizations. Early in her career she led team-building programs on traditional sailing vessels, thus forming her approach to develop teamwork environments where people are accountable to and respectful of one another, while enjoying what they do.
A graduate of Central Michigan University, Laurie enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, swimming, cycling, cooking, sailing, and organic gardening.

Maura A. Snabes, CES
Vice President, Underwriting Counsel
Ms. Snabes practices in the area of Real Estate and Corporate Law. Ms. Snabes has been the corporate legal counsel for a title company since 1994 and has been with Corporate Settlement Solutions since 2002, as the underwriting and claims counsel. She is a Certified Exchange Specialist® as certified by the Federation of Exchange Accommodators and is the founder and co-owner of Corporate Title Exchange Services which was founded in 1995 and which is a qualified intermediary for forward, reverse and build-to-suit tax-deferred exchanges. She regularly gives seminars on 1031 exchanges and other real estate matters to real estate and tax professionals in Northern Michigan.
Ms. Snabes is highly involved with the community and is a member of the State Bar of Michigan; Charlevoix-Emmet Bar Association; Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity; Antrim-Charlevoix-Kalkaska Association of Realtors. She is also a licensed Michigan real estate broker.
Ms. Snabes lives with her husband and three children in Charlevoix, Michigan and enjoys singing and participating in and watching competitive sports.

Dennis A. Bila II
Vice President, Claims Counsel
Mr. Bila joined Corporate Settlement Solutions in 2000 assuming business development responsibilities and serving as legal counsel. Prior to joining CSS, Mr. Bila was a partner with the Metro Detroit law firm of Ward, Anderson, Porritt and Bila. His practice was limited to the defense of title insurance agencies and underwriters, product liability, auto and home owners, construction, educators/professional liability, employment/wrongful termination claims and other related multi-line insurance defense litigation. Currently, Mr. Bila represents Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, and Stewart Title Guaranty Company as outside claims counsel through his law firm, Jelinek, Bila and Snabes, PLLC. He also serves CSS as litigation and underwriting counsel, and by assisting realtors and lenders with the sale of distressed properties.
Mr. Bila is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, Michigan Land Title Association, Florida Land Title Association, American Land Title Association and Emmet Association of Realtors (brokers license). He lives in Harbor Springs, Michigan, with his three children, Michael, Sam, and Katie.
